how we can help
Whether you're dealing with a nagging injury or looking to move better and prevent future issues, our chiropractors have you covered. These are some of the most common reasons people come to see us, though it's far from everything we treat.
Back & Neck Pain
Acute or chronic — we find the root cause and build a plan.
Sports Injuries
From sprains to overuse injuries, we get you back to competition.
Sciatica
Targeted treatment to relieve nerve pain and restore mobility.
Headaches & Migraines
Cervicogenic headaches often respond well to chiropractic care.
Joint Restrictions
Restore range of motion and reduce stiffness in any joint.
Injury Prevention
Proactive care to keep you performing at your best.
Not Your Average Adjustment
Most chiropractors offer one thing: an adjustment. A controlled force applied to a joint, in and out in ten minutes. It can help — but it rarely gets to the bottom of why you're in pain in the first place.
At Dynamic, our chiropractors are trained to diagnose, not just treat — which means understanding the full context of your pain, building a plan that's actually structured around your life. The adjustment is often part of what we do. It's just rarely the whole solution.
How It Works
Not sure what happens when you walk through the door? Here's exactly what to expect — from your first appointment to long-term performance.
Health History & Intake
We start by understanding your full picture — your current complaint, past injuries, and goals. This shapes everything that follows.
ASSESSMENT
Your chiropractor identifies what's actually going on — the root cause, not just the symptom. If imaging or a specialist referral is needed, we'll tell you and point you in the right direction.
HANDS-ON TREATMENT
Treatment typically starts at your first visit and may include a combination of hands-on therapies tailored to your needs. This can involve soft tissue work, rehab exercises, and mobility-focused techniques. Your chiropractor will determine the most effective approach based on your condition, goals, and comfort level.
Your Treatment Plan
We build a clear plan around your specific needs — how often to come in, what we're targeting, and what progress looks like. No open-ended commitments.
ongoing support
Once you're out of pain, many patients stick with regular maintenance care to stay ahead of issues and keep performing. We're built for that long game too.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a referral to see a chiropractor?
No referral is needed to book or be seen. You can book directly online at any of our three Calgary locations. Note: some insurance plans may require a doctor's referral for reimbursement — check with your provider before your first visit.
Is chiropractic covered by my insurance?
Most extended healthcare plans cover chiropractic care. While we do not offer direct billing, we’ll provide you with everything you need to submit your claim for reimbursement. Coverage levels and requirements vary by plan, so we recommend confirming your specific coverage with your provider before your first appointment.
What's an adjustment?
An adjustment is a precise, controlled movement applied to a joint — typically the spine — to restore mobility, reduce pain, and improve function. It's non-invasive and highly targeted. You may hear a popping sound during an adjustment; that's simply a gas bubble releasing from the joint. It's completely normal, well-researched, and safe. Adjustments increase joint motion and circulation while reducing muscle spasm and pain.
How many sessions will I need?
It depends on your condition, goals, and how your body responds. Your chiropractor will outline a recommended plan at your first appointment with clear milestones. Some patients feel significant improvement in a few sessions; others benefit from longer-term care. We'll always be upfront about what we recommend and why.
