Spencer is a physiotherapist who loves to work with runners, helping them manage injuries and continue training. As a runner himself who has completed the Calgary Half Marathon, he understands the demands of training, racing, and rehabilitation while staying active.
Born and raised in Alberta, Spencer completed his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with Honours at the University of Lethbridge before earning his Master’s in Physical Therapy from the University of Alberta. During his training, he gained experience across multiple rehabilitation clinics, where he developed a rehabilitation philosophy centered on active recovery and purposeful movement to help people return to what they love.
Through his own experiences with injury and rehabilitation during competitive seasons, Spencer understands the challenge of balancing recovery with training. He has a diverse athletic background including basketball, football, hockey, track and field, running, and coaching youth sports. He uses this experience to guide people through rehabilitation with clarity, optimism, and realistic planning, helping them reduce pain, rebuild capacity, and return to activity with confidence.
